Dreams are happening around here. House getting ready to list for our long anticipated (all my life) move to the country. College visit for a son. Grand opportunities for my artist daughter.
But these aren’t the kind where I lie down, sleep, and it comes to me. No, these dreams demand every last bit of strength and faith that keeps falling down.
How comforting to know even the faith is a gift, and when mine fails all He requires is that I look up.
This was in my devotion today. It’s providential and reassuring.

Amen! Beautiful words and a much needed reminder. May we look to our Heavenly Father to give us the strength we need to run the race. Thanks for the encouragement.

Oh! WOW. Mrs. Hyland, that quote is exactly what I needed to hear today. So many things I am running after right now… and I'm always in such a hurry! What a confirmation to hear that last bit about the strength that He gives us to do His will if it is His will! Trusting is key here, I think.
