A few weeks ago I promised to tell you about my dream.

I didn’t forget, and I haven’t been sleeping.

In fact, I’ve been wide awake and super busy dreaming.

The part you do with your grubbies on, hair pulled back, strong coffee, and lots of late nights and early mornings.

I’m learning that dreams are made up of lots of little steps, like telling someone about it, and a few really big ones.

Last summer I took the first small step (BIG courage) and shared my dream with some friends. 

And they decided to dream with me (I have THE most wonderful friends).

Fast forward six months and hundreds of big and little steps.


And after tons of emails, advice seeking, prayer, networking,  a crash course in putting together a website, and being stretched SO STINKING FAR out of my comfort zone I thought I’d rip in two . . .

. . that retreat I mentioned two posts ago. 

It’s really happening!

See, I’ve been dreaming about you! I want to get away with you to a beautiful, peaceful place and talk with you face to face, some of you for the very first time.

We will laugh, eat and rest well, be encouraged and inspired, and walk away better than we came.
