I am continually surprised at how my outlook has improved since making a list things I am grateful for. The simplest, seemly mundane things take on new life and appreciation. Such joy!

    -a full moon
-a coffee pot that is never empty
    -a daughter
    -having hope instead of despair
-a quiet house, and then not
    -hot shower
